When the symptom started to appear in advance stages the patients will experence heartburn and epigastric pain. The pain related to hiatal hernia will tend to increase when the patients were coughing, sneezing or lifting and sometimes you will fell the pain when you are bening too down to long or too often, this condition is usually in an advanced stage when the patient begins to accuse pains in the esophageal part of the abdomen.
