Hiatal hernia always has no symptom in the beginning

Hiatal hernia mostly does not present any symptoms at the beginning and it is mostly diagnose by your family doctor when you go for routine check up and the symptoms very assembling to other digestive diseases. Hiatal hernia is most common in persons above the age of fifty years and more but can theoretically occur at any age. When the symptom started to appear in advance stages the patients will experence heartburn and epigastric pain. Most doctor will advice their patients suffering from hiatal hernia to try to lose some weight and not to wear tight clothes.

The pain related to hiatal hernia will tend to increase when the patients were coughing, sneezing or lifting and sometimes you will fell the pain when you are bening too down to long or too often, this condition is usually in an advanced stage when the patient begins to accuse pains in the esophageal part of the abdomen.
